PlayMatters BIRTHDAY PARTY EXPERIENCE!

Ready to throw the most spectacular birthday bash ever at PlayMatters? You've come to the right place! Here's everything you need to know about booking your exciting celebration:

Our prices are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday $275 (2 hours of playtime + 30 minutes to set up)($150 deposit)

  • Fridays $300 (2 hours of playtime + 30 minutes to set up)($150 deposit)

  • Saturdays and Sundays $350 (2 hours of playtime + 30 minutes to set up)($200 deposit)

A deposit secures your spot, and the remaining payment is due within 7 days from the start of the party.

AVAILABLE STARTING TIMES (the first 30 mins is setup, total party times below include this set up period):

MONDAY THRU FRIDAY: 4:30 pm

SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS: 

  • 10:00 am to 12:30 am

  • 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm

  • 4:00pm to 6:30 pm

    *Extra party time may be added, subject to availability and extra charge.

GUEST LIMIT: You can invite up to 12 children (approximately 24 guests in total). Sorry, no exceptions. Let's avoid the need to un-invite anyone, so make sure this limit works for you before booking.

YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • Private and exclusive use of our entire play area for 2 hours. The whole place is yours! In addition, you are also provided 30 mins of set up as well. In the event that your party runs over the alloted time, the fee for this is $75 per extended half hour, provided the time is available.

  • A Playmatters staffmember to assist you throughout the celebration, upon request.

  • It's DIY time! We provide the basics, and you decorate the space to your liking. Bring your utensils, cake, food, and drinks (no alcohol allowed).

  • Socks are Required for all Guest(adults and children), as we do not allow shoes in the facility. We do have socks for purchase, however feel free to bring extras for your party guest.

  • A designated eating area for both children and adults.

  • We take care of cleaning, so you don't have to worry about the mess. This is to be within reason. As an example, we will remove the party decor and assist in restoring the playspaces for the enjoyment of future guests. However, parents are encouraged to be active participants in the play process. As a part of the play process, participants should attempt to organize and put away items as they are no longer being used. If the participants do not make an attempt to follow basic play etiquette and the Playmatter posted rules(examples include but not limited to: leaving hundreds of items scattered throughout the play spaces, bringing food and uncovered drinks throughout the play areas, and/or exhibits other extreme behaviors that result in damage to the toys and/or the play spaces) this could lead to a other fees such as a $100 excessive cleaning fee. To put it simple, at Playmatters we are big about community and friendships, and are hopeful that all that visit us will become friends of ours. When at a friend’s house typically we don’t wipe tables, vacum, etc,but when our children take out toys, dump legos etc we will typically help them tidy up as they play or before we leave. As friends of Playmatters we only ask for the same courtesies. Unfortunately it is not feasible to close for the rest of the day/countless hours following a 2 hour party window to be ready for future guests, and we greatly appreciate your understanding. These guidelines are in place to ensure that every party group gets an amazing experience regardless of what time block is selected.

    • Party Favors, plates, utensils, tablecloths, centerpiece decor, table runner, and 6 foot ballon garland

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits for parties and private events are nonrefundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, the party must be hosted within 3 months from the original date and cannot be canceled and rescheduled again. Reschedules are subject to availablity and there is a $75 rebooking fee. Please note that our party spaces are limited and we block all other booking types for them during your time slot. Please provide at least 7 days' notice for rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

DECORATE WITH STYLE: You're welcome to bring small or large decorations, balloons, and garlands. For hanging decorations on the walls, bring "command hooks" as we don't allow nails or tape. Piñatas, glitter, confetti, and smash cakes are not allowed.
